Our menu is inspired by local, seasonal ingredients, and it changes weekly, depending on those ingredients. We source our produce, meat, cheese, eggs, herbs, honey and other items from local farmers, going organic whenever possible. Below you will find a sample spring menu.

Our relationship with local farmers is extremely important. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to do our job of creating yummy, healthy food each day. It is important for us to source our ingredients locally because we want to support these extraordinary farmers. Whether they have been farming for many years, or are young folks just starting to grow, they are doing important work. We want to honor that. We also know that serving local, seasonal food is going to be healthier and just taste better.
