All of Hilton Vineyard wines are hand poured and contain no concentrates. They grow (with the exception of 1 fruit and 1 grape) all their own produce, harvest, ferment, bottle and label every wine themselves. They do not grow their own mango's. A family member drives to Florida and selects each mango for wine production. Also their Pinot Grigio grapes are shipped from California. All the other grapes, berries and fruits are grown at Hilton Vineyard, in Union County.
They hope each and everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy their 25 different flavors of wines, from dry to sweet along with wine slushes.
Union County is a dry county so they opened a retail store located in the city limits of Monroe, N.C. Until alcohol is permitted to be sold in the county their vineyard cannot be opened to the public. What people are saying about Hilton Vineyard:
"The staff at Hilton Vineyard was excellent and the wine was great too! They had a lot of sweet fruit wine, which is not my preference, but their dryer wines made up for it! I'll definitely be going back in the future."
"I've always wanted to go the Hilton vineyard and never had and after going last night, I wish I would have went sooner and can't wait go back. The wine is amazing, better than the other wineries I've been to and the bartender was so sweet and friendly."

"We really enjoyed our time at Hilton Vineyard. We had the cheese plate and a bottle of pomegranate wine after sampling several really yummy wines. Superb hospitality from the Hilton granddaughter. An amazing family vineyard that is a must!"
"We had a great time at Hilton Vineyard! The wine slushes are my favorite. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the wine was and the atmosphere. It is a small hole in the wall winery, and very cozy! We would recommend for a casual date night."
"Hilton Vineyard's storefront is in the historic district. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer cheese plates if you desire. There are tables outside on the sidewalk so get a glass and sit outside and watch the world go by."
